Mental and Physical Health Resources

In collaboration with Bushwick Community Partnerships, El Puente is dedicated to fostering heightened awareness regarding the availability of mental and physical health resources within the Bushwick community. This partnership will culminate in the creation of a comprehensive resource map, providing accessible services and information in Spanish, English, and Quechua. Bushwick Community Partnerships will host a series of mental health workshops to empower community members in cultivating sustainable & cultural well-being practices. To bring our collective vision to fruition, El Puente is excited to host a 5k walk/run event, an event that promotes reflection on mental and physical health and a resource fair.ities, or mindfulness exercises.
