[I am a citizen on public assistance For 15 years and still "homeless" disabled and bipolar]

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

[HRA is suppose to make sure that citizens get priority services rather than harrassed and turn away from getting help ]

What idea do you have to address the problem?

[the social workers need better social skills and for the system to actually help rather than give people the run around]

Who would that help?

[Every poor citizens of America]
