Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Community member are not unify.. If a crime happens they look the other way.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Host town meeting, where community members can interact with each other and get to know their neighbors and children. Know who the seniors are and offer them help if needed. Have activities that interact with all members of the community.
