The Morrisania area has the highest rates of poor health disparities gid://development-app/Decidim::Hashtag/32/not62and mortality rate from diseases that may be prevented by lifestyle changes of youth and elders our community have a high obesity rate which helps support diseases like diabetes and Cancer

What idea do you have to address the problem?

At Claremont Center Providing youth and community workshops on healthy habits when it comes to food choices. .2) Having exercising classes at least two or more times a week indoors and or outdoors 3) Monthly Community health information and tips pamphlets to be mailed out to people 4) Summertime healthy fair with healthy food demonstration and options

Who would that help?

This idea would help all that participate gaining the ability to engage in a healthy manner and pass on new habits and information to others that can help them now but also help prevent sickness from poor eating and lack exercise
