There is lack of job security and employment in the city.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

As quality of life continues to increase, lack of job security or employment becomes an issue as it leads to homelessness and possibly crime.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Free training programs, employment opportunities and placement after training.

Who would that help?

Unemployed individuals, previously incarcerated, homeless, veterans, etc.
