Lack of career and industry strategic positioning

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

This defines our value as a community in a near future. Existing models have been proved worthy from Indian/Asian/ Jewish communities. Community of engineers and doctors.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Make full assessment of Human Resources, identify qualified and committed members, support them and run these programs through them. This needs to be done with high standards and no distraction from politicians and social opportunists (the typical voyez moi with no proven record, no degree or viable life/work experience)
