Helping teenagers get employment easier

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Not every teen is able to get a job because of age requirements but also because they lack experience or training

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Jobs should be required to give training to teens and hire some teens with no experience. The city could fund this so it's worth it for employers to do this
