Describe the challenge you want to address:: New immigrants / asylum seeking people need to find a central place to find info on UCSIS jobs, housing, etc.
What is the solution to the challenge?: Work with librarians to become resource centers for people new to the city / country. Train staff and create welcome kits, develop classes, etc.
