The Mediation Project

A program that introduces mediation programs to reduce conflicts and promote a positive school environment, while ensuring students have access to the education they need. The program trains staff and student mediators, implements restorative practices, and provides resources to address disputes before they escalate, creating a safer, more supportive learning environment where students can focus on academic and personal growth.

This program addresses the issue of school conflicts and unsafe learning environments, which can disrupt education, increase stress, and limit students’ ability to learn and thrive. It also tackles the lack of resources for conflict resolution and restorative practices in schools.
