- The city should create career readiness, initiatives, and programs to help student students age 16 to 18 prepare for life after high school, including hands-on workshops, career, fairs, and trainings. This initiative would partner with local high schools, businesses, and organizations to give juniors and seniors real opportunities to explore different career paths.
